We have a user who when they go to approve expense reports, some will go through fine and some will throw up the error "User, not found". This happens randomly and not on any particular user that the expense report is for. The user is having to click approve multiple times on expense reports for them to actually go through.

This error also happens when the user goes into the AX expense portal to approve the expenses.
Troubleshooting tried:
- Cleared all usage data and AUC files
- Deleted user in AX and re-imported user
- Reset Citrix profile
