All the members in the organization are trying to access our D365 Sales Production environment but whenever we try to open the link, it displays SQL Server Error. We are unaware of this unusual issue because till yesterday everything was working fine and there was no such issue at all. If anyone can help in understanding what seems to be the issue and how this can be resolved, thanks.
This error message "An Error has occurred. {1} {0}" typically indicates a problem with the data or configuration of the Dynamics 365 system. It is recommended that you try clearing your browser's local cache to log in, or logging in using privacy mode. Alternatively, login with a different browser, such as Google Chrome. If the above solutions not working, it is recommended that you raise a support ticket to the Microsoft. https://admin.powerplatform.microsoft.com/support
