Log in Log Out of Agents

Hi,

We are planning to implement Omnichannel Service Hub in our Organization. For that, we have a requirement wherein the supervisor should be able to track the log in and log out of the Agents in CRM (Live Chat Agent).

There are different Supervisor Dashboards available which show other details but they do not show the log in log out of the Agents.

Please advise.

I have the same question (0)

    Hi ShivangiSS

When you say 'log in and log out of the Agents', are you referring to them actually logging into Dynamics (ie when they log into their computer and open it in a browser), or are you referring to them being actively chatting in a Live Chat?

    Thanks

    Hi,

Thank you so much for replying.

By 'log in and log out of the Agents', I am referring to them actually logging into Dynamics (ie when they log into their computer and open it in a browser and log out by closing the browser).

Since, the duration when they are active in chats can be determined by the dashboards so I want to know if a supervisor can track the duration for which the Agents are online( irrespective of being engaged or not engaged).

    Hi

    Thanks for your clarification.

In terms of capturing user logins, please take a look at d365demystified.com/.../.

However the problem you are going to run into is around users logging out. Dynamics can't capture logout information.  It can notice different points where the login occurred but things like a web browser don't send any information to the server when a session terminates.

    Hi Shivangi,

You can use Auditing feature to track users access by enabling Autiditing for user access from Settings--> administration --> System Settings --> Auditing and check - Enable Auditing of User Access.

    Thanks

    Hi Canada365guy

Thanks for putting this here - I had included a link to a walkthrough in my post above.

However (as I've pointed out), it doesn't cover the second ask, which is to see when users log out of the system.

    Regards

    Yes CRM Ninja,

There is no way to track Log Out feature in D365 as of now.

    Thanks

    Thanks Canada365Guy

I'm well aware that there's no way to track logging out, as I've put in all my posts above :)
