Hi,
Can you please let me know how to send report through mail in AX 2009.
It might be thorough batch or Manual.
Tomorrow, I have meeting with business user, then i will clear on this.

What report do you want to send via email? A financial (management reporter) report, an account statement or any other report?
As you are on AX2009 and things are much easier in D365FO, is there any plan to upgrade to the latest version?

You have to split the process into two steps.
The first is to run the report with code and save it as a pdf.
The second is to attach the pdf to the mail and send it to the relevant people.
There are two of them together in the link I shared, but it is possible to find more understandable codes separately (it may be possible to save in tmp folder or even send without saving)
Printing and emailing is a simple task in AX2009.
Not sure if you use a report media such as Transform, Formscape, SSRS or use the generic report engine inside AX.
A simple solution is simply to print to PDF and then build little emailing service.
It's a small task for a developer and there are tonnes of code to be found here that can do it.

Suggesting an upgrade due to wanting a report to be emailed?
Do you know the amount of impact a replacement of a ERP system is causing to a company? (you can't really upgrade AX2009 to 365)
