I trying to design Prepayment report in AX 2012.Can you please help me with Table details required for Prepayment Invoices and also need to know Balance to be applied against Prepayment Invoices

Do you have access to D365FO?
If so, have a look at the open prepayments form to get an idea how to design something similar in AX2012.

If you don't have access to D365FO then you can get an idea how the form looks like here:

You can also make use of the free trial versions to check out what is available in D365FO.
Yet, without having access to Visual Studio for a normal D365FO machine you will have to create and design the report for AX2012 from scratch.
