Undo Receipt when posting through Inventory Put-away

Hello,

I have a trouble with my location, setup only Require Pick, Require Put-away and Bin Mandatory = yes.

That will request me create Invt Put-away for every time posting receipt for Purchase Order.

But, when I try to undo receipt on Posted Purchase Receipt, I need to delete Posted Invt Put-away and meet this error:

"Bin Mandatory must be equal to 'No' in Location: Code=. Current value is 'Yes'."

Please help me fix it out, although I can not un-check Bin Mandatory because I have a lot of transactions on there.

Thanks a lot.

I have the same question (0)

I think this is the design limit. Inventory Pick/ Inventory Put-away are easy story. You need to use full WMS (WHITE location, Warehouse docs, 4 checkers) or do not use Bin Mandatory. Undo process revert Warehouse Shipment/Receipt docs. We do not have such type of docs in easy scenario (use Inventory Pick/Put-away docs, not Warehouse docs...).

    Hi,

This should be considered as a bug. User can setup to manage their own business with necessary functions.

The system allows user just setup Require Pick/Put and Bin Mandatory and not allow to undo receipt is a missing for the business process.

The issue has been reported some time ago.

Has been resolved as by design.

Realistic way for change design use Product Suggestions (Business Central and NAV) site:           https://aka.ms/bcideas
