NAV 2015 had not been installed at our location, so our IT Dept. recently installed it. Help screens display, but not all of the Help files seem to have been installed. For example, when in a field and you press F1, the name of the field displays, but no help text. Where do we download these files and where do I find instructions for our IT team to install these. thank you.

Which browser are you using to view the help? Can you add the help URL to the trusted sites? I had a few cases where I opened the help on a server in Internet Explorer and I couldn't see the content but once I added it the trusted sites it worked fine.
