credit memo - copy document

Hello.

Our Nav is customized and when we create invoices to customer, we go through the Jobs so it would hit jobs. When we have to give credit memo to customer, we do this lengthy process of going through the planning line so it would still hit the job. I was told that copy document will not work; that it would post credit memo. but will not connect to the job. is this true or is it possible to do it.

    Hi,

    Yes, I was also looking for out of the box function to achieve this but unlike Sales Invoice that we can create and link from Job Planning lines we cannot do same for Sales Credit Memo.
