I assume many of you have received similar requests from customers regarding SLA configuration based on changes in Business Process Stages. Personally, I have never recommended executing SLAs based on stage changes because BPF stages may fluctuate, and accurately tracking time KPIs may become challenging.
However, one of my customers needs to run their SLA based on BPF stages. I would like to know the best approach for doing this. Also, based on my knowledge, BPF stages are not by default exposed in fields. Therefore, they cannot be directly used in SLA applicable conditions. Should I first retrieve the stages in a field and then apply my SLA based on the custom field?
