I am trying to provide access to the Truncate entity data button (DMFDefinitionGroup_TruncateEntityData (Check Box). This button is available through the Data Management workspace > Import. The form and menu item is the DMFQuickImportExportEnhanced. This is not associated, with any role, duty or privilege that I can find except System Administrator. I have created a new role and privilege in VS.
I created an extension of the DMFQuickIMportExportEnhanced form, and under form control of DMFDefinitionGroup_TruncateEntityData I set the needed permission to manual.
I created a new custom privilege, added DMFQuickIMportExportEnhanced menu item as an entry point. Under the form control of the privilege, I added the DMFQuickIMportExportEnhanced and set DMFDefinitionGroup_TruncateEntityData to delete and I am still unable to expose the truncate data button to any role outside of sys admin.
I have tried pretty much every duty, privilege and role associated with the form with no luck. Any guidance you could provide would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
