Hi all,

So I'm trying to figure out the best set up for the following products in our Sales Hub:

addons.png

There are 6 products, and each product has a price per "User Tier". So if a customer orders the "ePay Advantage" product for 250 users, the price will be 4.000,00 yxz.

This means that ONE product can change in price depending on the number of users.

Would I actually need to create the above products four times for each user tier? Or can I have one product and have an option to select the user tier which decides the price like the above chart?

So, instead of creating the following products

  1. Additional Bank Formats - 1-75
  2. Additional Bank Formats - 76-299
  3. Additional Bank Formats - 300-499
  4. Additional Bank Formats - 500+
  5. Credit Card Reconciliation - 1-75
  6. Credit Card Reconciliation - 76-299
  7. Credit Card Reconciliation - 300-499
  8. Credit Card Reconciliation - 500+
  9. Payment Factory Automation.... etc
  10. etc
  11. etc

I could create it like this with options:

  1. Additional Bank Formats
    • 1-75
    • 76-299
    • 300-499
    • 500+
  2. Credit Card Reconciliation
    • 1-75
    • 76-299
    • 300-499
    • 500+
  3. Payment Factory Automation
    • 1-75
    • 76-299
    • 300-499
    • 500+

I hope this makes sense..

    Hi oliver,

You can create an Unit Group and 4 Units, then create 6 Products, each Product has 4 price items.

Step 1. Create an Unit Group and Units.

    pastedimage1611901772620v2.png

Step 2. Create Products, each Product has price items.

Take "Additional Bank Formats" as an example, first create a Product for this, the Default Unit is the new one created in Step1,

Then create 4 Price Items in it.

Each Price Item corresponds to a Unit, we can set the Acoumt to its price.

    pastedimage1611902333490v12.png    pastedimage1611902296736v10.png

    pastedimage1611902364190v13.png    pastedimage1611902297737v11.png

    pastedimage1611902473975v14.png    pastedimage1611902491426v15.png

    Result:

When we add product in the Opportunity, we can select Unit to pick the right User Tier.

Thank you very much for this comprehensive reply, @Lu Hao! Really appreciated!

Makes a lot of sense to have the User Tiers as Unit Groups.

Though, I should properly have noticed in the first post, that the prices are a monthly price and the products can be bought for many months or years at a time.

So my current Unit Group for these products are set up to be Months->Years. Then I would be able to define for each product, how many months or years the customer wants to buy. Or maybe this can be achieved another way?

If I use the "User Tier" unit group approach as you suggest, then the quantity would reflect the monthly price, right?
