yes the problem was in the account structures the account 11300 not add in profit

Go to General Ledger > Setup > Chart of Accounts > Configure Account Structures > Just make sure 11300 is added your account structure (Where your Profit and Loss accounts ranges are defined) If an issue is still not resolved then I agree with Dolores to open the support ticket with Microsoft.

What is the build number you are using?
You may want to open a support case if the issue is not resolved as a script may be required to update one or more InventSettlement records.
