I have a question and would like some clarification. We have been using Dynamics 365 for Sales since 2018, along with a customized app called Ultra. Recently, we encountered an issue where the revenue for won opportunities became 0. The system also generated some customized processes for governance approval and sent them to all the approvers.
I manually fixed the issue by deactivating all the processes without knowing the cause. Later, I found out that one of our users with admin access to Power Automate created flows and added connections for Microsoft Planner, Office 365, and SharePoint. These flows appear to be the cause of the problem.
Could you please confirm if this is the case and provide any additional insights or solutions to prevent this issue from happening again?
