Hello,
I'm currently experiencing an issue changing a singe users Business Unit from the Parent Business Unit to a secondary unit that was created. When I attempt to change the unit I get the following error: “A user cannot be removed from the Support User Role". The user we are trying to change was the original creator of the Business Unit and did a lot of the setup for our instance of Dynamics, so I'm assuming that has something to do with it. I have tried removing their security roles and changing the Business Units with no luck. I removed them as the administrator of the default team that was created for the Business Unit with no change. I do not see him listed as the owner of anything inside the Parent Business Unit, nor can I find this Support User Role. I'm at a loss on why I am unable to change this user at this point.
