We are using the outlook 365 addin to track emails. We have found that we are getting duplicate emails come through whereby the only difference in the emails appears to be the status reason of the emails is either sent or received.
I thought this may be due to the email configuration settings in Dynamics 365 and in particular the setting for tracking options for emails between dynamics users. However, after leaving this unticked for a while this has not resolved the problem.
Can anyone advise on how to fix this issue?
