Error when trying to add a new customer "Access denied to table Party relationships (DirPartyRelationship)"

When a user is trying to add a new Customer ship-to account, they are receiving an infolog stating "Access denied to table Party relationships (DirPartyRelationship).  This use has been able to perform this action and no security has changed for her.  I'm told that this happens occasionally and they try a second time, then it works.  However, today she has been unable to perform this action at all.

Anyone have an idea of what could be causing this?

    What role have you assigned to that user? Is it standard role?

    Yes, she currently has AR Mgr, CS Rep, Sales Clerk, System User and Warehouse Worker.  She was able to do this before with the occasional hiccup, but now it won't let her past this error.  I'm not sure why she would get the occassional hiccup or why it's now stopped as she has the necessary security roles.

    Hello EdVW,

    If you know for sure nothing has changed in the security, I recommend doing a Full CIL, make sure no errors, restart AOS, then run a data dictionary sync, make sure no errors, restart AOS again.

    FYI, I reset the user's usage data and it fixed the problem.
