Hi Ahmed, I do not know this report, but do you need to print all the data? In other words: have you considered to set filters on the request page to minimize the data needed for the report?

    Hi Amol Salvi

the report is standard and is not modified , the filter apears in RequestPage is Posting date and Journal code , the report has 3 DataItem <Date>,<source code> and  <G/L Entry>

this is an often reported error. the allocated memory of rdlc reports has a limit, depends e.g. on the used hardware.

best you run the report with filters to reduce the data load.

other solution: change the report structure. maybe it is not optimized. check if there are values, which are loaded multiple times, but could better be loaded once. you can check the loaded report data in the preview with CTRL+ALT+F1 after rendering the report (with filters).

also try to print/save the report directly as pdf, sometimes that works better than the preview.

    Hi

1.You can resolve this issue by optimizing your report dataset and Code, refer the below

    blogs.msdn.microsoft.com/.../a-couple-of-rdlc-performance-optimization-tips

    blogs.msdn.microsoft.com/.../rdlc-report-and-performance-in-microsoft-dynamics-nav

    2. In Nav 2015 we can schedule Reports, which will generate reports in background and create record in Report Inbox(which will not generate any error irrespective of data), refer the below on how to schedule reports.

    msdn.microsoft.com/.../dn757302(v=nav.90).aspx

I guess you are using (French?) localization, as this report is not in the standard W1 version. As Luc proposed, try limiting your output by setting filters to reduce the quantity of data, e.g. limit the period to a shorter term. Also check what is your latest CU for 2015 version. What build you are using?

RE: Exception out of memory with report

Yes  the report is an object of  French Localization ,and i set a filter date , in my example : i want to show all the ledger entries of one month by journal code , the version of NAV is NAVISION 2015 CU02 (8.00.38798)

the specification of the server is : 128 Gb RAM
