I have been trying to configure email router for On prem CRM. but while trying to load data I am facing below error.
The Email Router Configuration Manager was unable to retrieve user and queue information from the Microsoft Dynamics CRM server. This may indicate that the Microsoft Dynamics CRM server is busy.
I have been using gmail server for emailing. Please help to resolve.
Check credentials of incoming and outgoing profile.

Since you are using OP CRM, you could go to Windows event viewer for more details.
According to this issue, you could consider the following ways.
1.Reset your IIS.
2.Run IE with the same account which Email Router configuration wizard is running.
go to Internet Option->Connections, select LAN Settings tab.
if the option 'Automatically detect settings' is selected then uncheck the option. If you have automatic configuration script used in your organization please check that and provide your address(this is optional).
3.This issue may caused by some issues that affect the time and date on Server computer or the service account has been locked in Active Directory.
