Someone on our team ran into this issue that we haven't been able to solve. She was working fine up until late last week. Now whenever she goes in to a Marketing Form and it launches the Designer Tab. When it gets to the bottom of it's loading checklist, it errors on Loading Custom Fields. It won't let her edit the form anymore.

We tried different browsers, and clearing the cache, etc. with nothing working. I can also still edit forms without any issues. Has anyone else ever come across something like this?
One of my customers had the same issue and the solution for him was to give him permission for the custom entity "Custom Registration field":
According to the support, the issue was fixed in February 2020 release of marketing.

Actually form editor is a field of marketing form entity, which name is Form definition, and it's controlled by a control called formEditor,
you can find the field properties in Customization > Entity > Marketing Form > Information form.
This editor, as well as other editors or designers such as marketing email designer or segment designer, they're controlled by Custom Control entity.
So please check wehther your team member has been assigned necessary privilege to the entity for her security role, the entity is in Customizations tab.
After I have removed the privilege for my test user, it also encountered same error as yours even if he could see and select marketing template.
