Goals Not Updating - Last Updated 8/31/2022

For some reason our goals stopped rolling up after 8/31/2022 at 7:00 PM. Any idea what would cause this to decide to stop on their own? It's been working for the past few years without issue.

Even if I manually recalculate, it does not update this date and time and the awarded dollars do not update.
