I have already successfully called a Case entity form on Phone-call entity form in Customer Service Hub using Form-component control on the RegardingObjectId field.
If I try the same in Customer Service Workspace App, then it opens only the Case form and NOT the phone-call form contents.
Kindly comment if anyone else is also facing similar issue or any workaround for this issue in Customer Service Workspace App.
