Hi All

When you complete a Task within CRM the entry gets removed from the Task entity. Does anyone know which table it moves to as I need to import a bunch of completed Tasks.

I have the same question (0)

    Hi,

The ActivityPointerBase table stores any activity or task that is performed by a user in Dynamics 365 CRM.

If this was helpful, please check it as verified to help others finding useful information.

Standard behaviour is that the task just changes status and does not move or delete. Please check any custom bulk delete operations or workflows that could be the cause.

    Hi All,

Many thanks for your response. The Tasks I'm referring to are under Case Activities and I have noticed when they are completed they do get removed from the Case Activities tab view and appear as completed within the Case Timeline (this is a standard out of the box system) So this answers my question along with all your help.

The view is probably filtered on open activities. Change the filter in this view to also show completed activities (and tasks)
