how to fix Object 'CLRObject' could not be created error

There is no a single solution, because there may be an infinite number of different underlying exceptions when creating a .NET object.
I was not getting those errors before with my fresh install as soon as I restore demo database I start getting those errors
Have you run full CIL and database synchronization after restore demo database? If not, then do it and then try again.
You need to tell us when are you getting this error? What action are performing when you get this error or you are getting when you run AX.
Your detailed steps, you followed in restoring database to new AX instance, will help us to find the exact solution for this issue
You asked another question on this thread community.dynamics.com/.../161569 which seems a similar issue what you are experiencing here. Please go through the suggestions of Andre, compile application, generate Full and sync database it will make your system ready to use then.
I think when you are opening your instance at that time you are getting above error?
