Change char code while exporting table to CSV file

Hello everyone,

I prepared a class for export my table to CSV file with System.IO.StreamWriter. But i couldn't change char code while exporting. I lose some special characters if not changed. How can i set char code for CSV while exporting ?

Hi Emre,

The question is more about C#. Check the article stackoverflow.com/.../forcing-streamwriter-to-change-encoding.

Why do you want to use StreamWriter instead of TextIO class?

Hi Sergei,

Actually i don't have to use TextIO class. I just made simple research on Google about export any table to excel. I through it can be more quick if i export as CSV file. I am open to all recommendations for this matter.

Hi Emre,

Indeed it's easier to export CSV, but you can do it with build-in TextIO class.
