You need to Indent Action under the Action Group, use the Right Arrow Key in the Bottom to move all the actions under Action Group. Other way is instead of Adding everything Under one Group, you can create custom groups and add few reports under each group.  Use custom PromotedCategory.

    Hi Binesh,

I tried this solution but didn't work. I am not getting the List option, is there any other settings which i missed.

    Thanks

    Thanks for your immediate responses.

I tried both suggestions , unfortunately didn't work. Nav not allowing to add multiple action containers with sub type as reports.

If there is any other workaround option please let me know

    Hello Soji,

Design Your Role Center (9001) Page, and Go to Page Action and  Re-design Report Actions.

    For reference see below screenshot.

    Hi,

This might become difficult as there is no option to distinctly tell NAV "show the reports with name".

The size of the Actions is defined by the window size, the promoted-categories and the order of the actions in the menu-structure (the Actions on the left, are defined as more important and therefor they will be minimized the last).

As a possible approach worth to try out is to define more ActionContainer in your menu. As a completly different alternative, you could tro to find a different place for the reports (e.g. in the left menu).
