We have been looking into setting up rebates in D365O. We want to look into the new rebates management module (added to feature management in April 2021) as well as at trade management (setting up rebates in the sales and marketing module).
What would be especially useful is to see how other customers are managing the process – currently we do it all manually in a spreadsheet populated through powerbi (using BYOD data).
Has anyone in the group implemented rebate management or trade management in their setups?
If so we would love to talk to you about your day to day process. Please let me know.
