We are running Navision 2015.

I have in the "SMTP configuration" configured our SMTP server wit ip adresse.

the smpt server is not running firewall.

When I make a payslip i do not get any mail.

The users are defined with a email adress.

Where should I look for throupleshooting in that.

When I make a test mail, I do get the test mail after a few hours.

    Hi,

    Which is the Payslip functionality you are talking about and how do you make the Payslip?  Is it a customized functionality?

    Could you attach the screen print for better analysis.?
