You need to apply the same profile to your user id and check.

If you are the super user , you are the super man :P
so what is the purpose of seeing their profiles , which you can access everywhere with your super login and you can change your profiles and others profiles
User Personalization ==> [tag:Change]"Profile ID"
the thing of this will change the menu of your dash board with some different profiles
But if you talking about login in to there system without entering credential : there is no way until you reset their passwords
You can switch User on the same machine and can connect to NAV with any registered user in NAV with permissions you want to test.

Then you need to have another login with same profile which you have credentials or you need to change your profile to same. With out their credentials even if you are SUPER you cannot login as them.
I am making some changes to permission and want to test it on that user profile.
What do you want to access, want to to know their profile ? Under User Personalization you can check the Profile ID of the user.
