ReportI'm using MS trial for Field Service to see if it would work to schedule our installers / trainers. We generally schedule those people for 1 job per day so we would ideally want to use day / week views.
However when I do anything in the trial software (which is limited to being able to configure by the way) all I see is the number of hours.
Ideally I would like to see more information in that cell like the client, the job type, who booked it etc? Is it possible to customise that and if so does anyone have a screen shot?
We are currently using Schedule IT which shows more information in the day cell boxes.
