We are using CRM dynamic 365 2016 version 8.2 (on premise) . Current domain is abcComp.com SharePoint site is https://AbcComp.sharepoint.com/sites/crm

We have change the SharePoint site to https://XYZComp.sharepoint.com/sites/crm which is in another domain XYZComp.com

Can we configure online SharePoint site which is another domain ? if yes How ? do we need any additional configuration ?

If SharePoint is online... you can configure the on premises CRM to this SharePoint tenant with the steps from:

docs.microsoft.com/.../on-prem-server-based-sharepoint-online

Otherwise, if SharePoint is on premises -- you need a domain trust according to:

docs.microsoft.com/.../on-prem-server-based-sharepoint-on-prem
