Qlik Sense Saas Integration using REST API - Failing since v20 Update

Hi All,

We have been successfully for past 2 months been using Qlik's REST Connector to:

  • Obtain our OAuth Token via  POST request
  • Using above token within a GET request to fetch records from BC using various API and OData URLs

We have had no problems until May 1st - where i believe we were updated to v20 of BC.

We now are able to:

  • Still obtain our OAuth Token via  POST request  (token, works with Postman, Power Automate and Qliks own Application Automation service) so token is perfectly valid
  • GET request using the above token now errors with a code "500 Internal Server Error"

Nothing has changed with regards to our scripting, and whilst I have raised a Support Ticket of the same here to Qlik as yet we have not had a solution from them so can anyone here offer any insight or tips to resolve please?

I'm unsure if this is a problem due to the update or something else.

Thanks

    no tips but I can see from Twitter that there is a lack of dialogue between Microsoft and Qlik relating to this: twitter.com/.../1520566428067594240

    Update, i've been able to resolve our connection issue by adding the following HTTP Header Params:

    "Accept-Encoding" : "gzip, deflate"

    Now able to successfully query the API via Qlik REST Connector - unsure if something similar will work for the Retrofit Library as not familiar with it.
