Hi ,
I have an issue where the Mass Calculation and Calculate Rollup System Jobs are stuck in 'waiting for timer'.
I found that the account entity has 12 Rollup fields so i remove 2 of them to keep within the limit and tried to update the Rollup field definition so that i can force the Mass calculation job to restart but nothing changed all Stuck in Waiting for Timer.
Has anyone faced this issue before?
Hi,
Recently we have faced this issue and logged support ticket with microsoft. They have restarted Async sandbox service and issue resolved.
Since this is online deployment we don't have access to servers.
Most of stuck of background job are not resolve via UI.
If it does not disappear by restarting current job or even after 24 hours passed, I suggest to raise support request to MS.
