We have a number of marketing forms, where all the data is mapped to the contact or lead entity, however a business requirement has come up asking for forms that can update fields associated to accounts that my colleagues are working on.
I thought there would be a setting somewhere in either the outbound or realtime apps which allows us to design fields that map to accounts but can't find anything. Only a lookup option that allows you to select an account filter and attribute - but i'm wanting to add data where the organisation currently doesn't have anything.
How can I set this up, and why isn't this an OOB feature?
