Hi friends,

I need to know the number of queue item created for each case. Is there anyone to help me?

For example case 'X', Add to queue for 3 times. I need a field to show that 3 times.

    You can create a Plugin and you can trigger it on "AddToQueue" Message on queueitem entity, in that you can query on queueItem and get the count.
