Hi all, i've encounted some problems related with Ax rich client.
there're some x++ reports that we're using. And some end users through rich client have reported that the numbers they get are wrong. I.e. some sum-up number which should be 455.50, would appear 4550.00 on AX rich client. Others using remote connection to the server never report this kind of issue. I debug the reports and found nothing wrong. So i'm wondering, is there any possible reason for this error, and is there any solutions?

Hi - can you try to clear the user cache once and check?
Sorry but it seems not right. I've tried both delete AUC files and clean user cache, but no difference.

Did you try having the rich client users connect to the server remotely to see if they experience the same issue with the reports? Maybe that would narrow down the source of the problem to the users and not the rich client/remote connection difference.
Otherwise, this may be something that our tech engineers could look into in a support ticket.
