I don't see any way - and you don't seem to see any either. So maybe it's indeed a bad idea. Modules are simply not anything that maps 1:1 to changes, and you don't even know what your changes are for.

Let's say you find a change in FormLetter class - what module it is for, in your opinion? The class used maily by sales (modules Account receivable and Sales and marketing), purchase (Accounts payable and Procurement and sourcing) and Project management and accounting, but maybe the change was intended primarily for General ledger, Inventory management or who knows what else. If you can't answer that - and there is no generally applicable answer - then it's clear that your task is futile.

first of all thanks for trying to help me,i'll try to explain the issue to you

unfortunately that all the customization were not created in a project-they are not organized as i don't know which part is done for which part- and we are upgrading to dynamics 365 so all we wanted to know is there a way to collect all the customization done on a certain module as we are trying to make time estimate for the upgrade as we want to upgrade each module and test it in order to check if there is any issues regarding to the module or not.

Unless you can explain to me how you can decide whether any change is "created on AR", I believe that the whole idea is wrong and should be dropped. Base your estimation on something else.

Are you aware of the upgrade estimation tool on LCS? If not, you can read more about it in Upgrade from AX 2012 - Estimate effort by using the Code upgrade service (the main page where you should start is Upgrade from AX 2012 to Finance and Operations).

How do you define a change related to a specific module? Many changes have impact to many modules, even the whole objects as forms are often used in multiple modules.

What's the business requirement behind this proposed technical solution?
