Power apps portal showing an error after adding customer field in entity form

Hi All,

I am getting an error after i have added the customer field in CRM entity form. i dont have global admin role in Azure. Kindly check the below error. Did anybody facing the same issue and resolved the same then please kindly let me know. it would be grateful if you could have provided the solution.

Hi All,

I am getting an error in portal after i have added the customer field in CRM entity form , Kindly check the below screenshot. Am i missing anything here. Kindly help me to resolve this issue

Hello,

Have you tried clearing portal cache & submitting the form? If the above error still exists, it could be Request Validation failure. You can refer below link to fix the issue.

Hello,

Have you tried clearing portal cache & submitting the form? If the above error still exists, it could be Request Validation failure. You can refer below link to fix the issue.

Hi,

In addition to above, do also check if you are able to save that entity in CRM itself. also, check if there are any required fields which are not present in the entity form .

Hi Sanjana,

Thanks for your suggestion. I have tried to clear the cache , Aslo i have created the site setting as you mentioned however , still above generic error persist.

.

Am i configured wrong Entity Permission?

I have included an entity permission as below. Regret for bad images.

Entity Permission Name: ServicePermission

Entity : ServiceCase

Scope: Global

Child Entity Permission Name: Contact

Scope: Parent

Parent Entity Permission: ServicePermission

Parent Relation: a_contact_servicecase_customer

Child Entity Permission Name: Account

Scope: Parent

Parent Entity Permission: ServicePermission

Parent Relation: a_account_servicecase_customer

Hi Ravi,

We dont have any mandatory fields in CRM Forms. Is there any other reason for the above exception. It would be grateful if you could have provided the solution.
