One of our users is getting the following error message. Can anyone help. As far as I know nothing has changed and we don't actually use sharepoint as far as I'm aware.
She's been using NAV normally for weeks now without this error.
Any advice would be much appreciated - thank you

Most likely there has been some change in the administration or privileges of the user to access Zetadocs functionality, as now to perform her actions the system is not able to access Sharepoint. Or, there might be some change in the workflow that now her actions in NAV affect some Zetadocs functionality. It is difficult to advice more as there might be plenty of changes in your IT landscape that could lead to that situation, but most likely it is connected with the access of that user to Zetadocs functionality. Please consult more with your IT team who supports that.
we do use Zetadocs yes but she wasn't specifically using zetadocs when getting this error
She is just amending orders or finding a customer etc to put an order on
When exactly the user is getting this message? What is she trying to do? Are you using Zetadocs or similar application?
