N:N relationship to Entitlement Template - Auto Creating Entitlements from Sales Orders

Hi,

when Customers put a Sales Order with us, they often also buy a support package.

In our product catalog we have a Product "Support Package S".
We also have an entitlement template "Support Package S" which defines the number of hours that we sell to the customer.

I would argue this should be very basic (afaik).

We right now have to manually create an Entitlement for every Customer that places an Order with us.

We would like to automate this.

My idea is the following:

- On Creation of Sales Order

- Iterate through Order Lines and check if the used product (we do not have write-in products) should auto-create an entitlement

- The Product needs a N:N relationship to Entilement Template (because sometimes 1 product can actually mean 2 entitlements for a customer)

Issues:

- I cannot create a N:N relationship from Product -> Entitlement Template. The template entity just doesn't show up.

Any ideas?
