Hi everyone,
since the marketing app is licensed per application and not per user, there is a theoretically infinite amount of the "Dynamics 365 Marketing User License". Thanks to captain obvious, I know these users can access the standard model-driven app of Dynamics 365 for Marketing.
But what about a customized copy of the marketing model-driven app? Would it be still possible for these users to access the copy of the app? Or do the users already need a PowerApp per App license to access the copy?

May I know how you copy the Model-Driven-App?
Here is an issue about copy a model driven app and there is no direct way to copy it.

If you copy it by exporting the solution into another environment, the license cannot be used in another environment unless it has been freed up.
