Regarding this topic we have 2 issues.
1st issue - An active agreement was generating work orders automatically and then it stopped however when we click on generate work order button it generates work order
2nd issue - An active agreement is not generating work orders automatically even though setup is similar to the ones generating Work Orders and when we click on generate work order button no work order is generated.
We tried to check the process sessions of the work flow but no session is logged.
Are we missing anything in the setup ?
The comment to check processes in D365 is incorrect. The logic has been moved to Power Automate a while ago. I've had this happen as well. Try locating the power automate flow in your environment by navigating to make.powerautomate.com/ (make sure you are in the correct environment) and open the default solution. Open the flow called 'Field Service - Flow - Generate Work Order for Agreement Booking Date'. Turn it off, and after a few seconds turn it back on. This fixed it for me.

Agreement not generating work orders, automatically. Can you please check the process sessions of the workflow: Field Service - Generate Work Order for Agreement Booking Date? (You can find this in Advanced Settings > Processes)

For 1st issue, did you change the 'Auto Generate Booking' to false or it reached the end date?
