Hey all!
I have rolled out Facebook Chat to our Omnichannel platform and can now contact customers via Messenger.
I was wondering if you knew if the following would be able to be processed by Omnichannel:

Maybe you can refer the following documentation for more details about Facebook channel:

i believe for each platform you would need to create separate channel, i couldn't find mentions or comment but believe it should work
