Hey all!

I have rolled out Facebook Chat to our Omnichannel platform and can now contact customers via Messenger.

I was wondering if you knew if the following would be able to be processed by Omnichannel:

  • Facebook mentions
  • Facebook comments
  • Twitter mentions
  • Instagram mentions
  • Instagram messages

Any help greatly appreciated!

I have the same question (0)

Hi there! It's great to hear you've successfully rolled out Facebook Chat to your Omnichannel platform. As for your question, I think it's definitely possible to integrate Facebook mentions and comments, as well as Twitter mentions and Instagram mentions and messages, into your Omnichannel platform. However, it might require some custom development or third-party tools. Also, consider checking out Social Media Accounts Marketplace, where you can find various social media accounts for sale that might fit your needs. Good luck with your integration!

I doubt it will work for below mentions since it's not in MS Documents

    Twitter mentions

    Instagram mentions

    Instagram messages

    Hi Rahul

Unfortunately, this looks like it only covers Facebook Messenger

i believe for each platform you would need to create separate channel, i couldn't find mentions or comment but believe it should work

    give it a try : docs.microsoft.com/.../configure-facebook-channel

    Hi ilyiculyanov,

Maybe you can refer the following documentation for more details about Facebook channel
