Marketing Email - Test Send error

It shows error message when I tried to Test Send a marketing email. The error message shows as below:

There was a problem with the test send. Error: Exception 'InvalidPluginExecutionException' occured: Failed to pre create email test send., CorrelationId: d37caec0-bc18-4bf0-849b-4323bbd74e14

And I have checked that the Marketing Page is in Live status.

Please may I ask if anything I can do. Thank you!

    Hi Hugo Chau,

    This is a plug-in error. Can you tell me what kind of plug-in you use and what it does?

    Or you can use the ULS to query the association ID for specific error information: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/office/sharepoint-correlation-id-in-error-messages-what-it-is-and-how-to-use-it-5bf2dba7-43d2-484c-8ef4-e059f76e3efa

    If you are not using any plug-ins, I recommend that you create an email using the template to check that the test send feature works.

    Then check the following: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/dynamics365/marketing/email-check-golive#required-elements-how-to-pass-the-error-check

    Specifically, whether the subscription link was broken at design time.

    After confirming that there is nothing wrong with the content of the email, I think it is related to the message you created to add the consent confirmation request:
