    Can you tell us if you have a question? Probably you want to know how to solve this error. If so, can you tell us if the environment worked before? If that is the case, what got changed? What attempt did you make to fix the problem? Without background information, we can't help you.
    If you use this VM for the first time, have you followed the prerequisites as mentioned on Microsoft Learn? Set up the downloadable VHD for first use - Finance & Operations | Dynamics 365 | Microsoft Learn
