I've to turn on Rating on Knowledge Articles on our Dynamics Customer Self Service Portal enabling it using "Enable Rating to yes" in Page Option of localized page "
Knowledge Base - Article Details
Now I see the rating control and also the comments:
But when I click on it to do the rate it doesn't submit nothing and the rate is not registered (both for anonymous users and authenticated users)
Any idea of how can solve the problem?
