I use MS Dynamics SL 2018 CU 1. Up until about two months ago, I could export a quick query into an Excel table. It basically stopped working one day. We have Microsoft 365 Apps for Business. We have been using it since February 2019. It's worked just fine until it didn't. Is there a setting or something I need to change in Excel for this to work properly?
Hi,
When you say it doesn't work, do you get any errors?
Can you please share steps and/or screenshot to understand the issue further.
Thank you,
Wahaj
I don't get any errors. I pick the Excel icon and pick "Copy to Table". The pop-up box opens and "Exporting to Excel" and "runs" for a few seconds and disappears. No Excel spreadsheet, no error, it's just gone at that point. I tried to take a snip of it ... but it's way too fast.
Sorry, I missed that this is about Dynamics SL.
