Hello everyone,

Hope you all are doing well.

I am quite new in the D365 online world and I would really appreciate a bit of help from yourself.

Trying to design/ create a CRM environment (a sandbox with Sales Enterprise) via power platform and I am facing two challenges:

1. The azure default region tenant is US and would like to create the new CRM under Europe - when trying to create the new environment got the message saying that I can add only environments under the default region. How can I add a new environment under Europe, please?

2. What license/ subscription needs to be activated for being able to add the new CRM sandbox environment - Sales Enterprise application?

Hi,

To create a new sandbox all you need to do it go to power platform admin center --> under environments click on new and then select the org region and name.

In your case you are actually facing the number of org limit.

Please check the below article with has all the details related to sandbox.

Many thanks for your input Soumen.

The requirement is to create a sandbox environment under Europe and enable the Sales Enterprise app.

The tenant default region is US.

If I try to create a new environment using Europe as region get the following error message:

"Currently, Dynamics 365 apps can only be enabled for your default region."

If I try to create a new environment using US as region (the default region) I get the following error message:

"You do not have the required Dynamics 365 licenses to create databases with Dynamics apps"

Any help very much appreciated.

Try the Europe region.

Worked for us, we had default as UAE, but while creating Trial Based Subscription we had to opt for Europe region to resolve the above error.
