Hi all,
I am taking on support for a clients CRM and need to start with updates to fields, adding removing etc but ballooning into general customisation as time goes on.
What is the correct way to make these updates in a controlled manner? I can make the changes manually in sandbox, get sign off and then manually recreate in production but this seems to duplicate effort. I know some add-ons use managed solutions but is this an appropriate use case?
