Report Printing issue in BC Version: IN Business Central 27.5

Facing issue while trying to print report, Print Icon is not working. 
Can anybody facing the same issue from today??

    Hello,
    This looks more like a browser/PDF viewer issue than a Business Central report issue, especially if the report preview opens correctly and only the print icon in the preview/PDF toolbar does nothing. Try the quick checks first: use Download and print the PDF locally, test in another browser or InPrivate window, clear browser cache, disable PDF/browser extensions, and confirm pop-ups/downloads aren’t blocked for Business Central. Also try printing from the report request page using Print instead of the preview toolbar; if the printer shows as Handled by the browser, then BC passes the print job to the browser print dialog. If multiple users started seeing it today, it could be a browser update or service issue, so also check BC service health/admin center and raise a ticket if it is reproducible across users/browsers.

    This might be something else because I haven't faced this issue so far. Try using the Print button in a different browser, as this might be a PDF viewer issue.

    I tested it in the following environment and encountered no problems. The browser is the latest Chrome.
    Version: W1 27.5 (Platform 27.0.48893.0 + Application 27.5.46862.49433)

    Hii There as per requirement if you found this kind of issue , you can clear cache , Log out all sessions , and update browser to latest version it will solve this kind of issue which was occured due to browser hotfix updates.

    Hi, 

    I am having the exact same issue as original poster. I am no longer to print any DBC report through the "Preview & Close" action of any report's request page (for my 2 sandboxes updated to 28.0, my production and sandbox environments which are both on 27.5 don't have that issue).

    I tested with all three: Chrome, Edge and Firefox with the same behavior which seems to be affected by DBC's version:
     
    28.0:
    • Able to show report preview
    • Nothing happens when using action "Print" from preview
    • Other than that, expected behavior for all other tests:
      • Save from preview works
      • Able to print saved file using file explorer
      • Able to print from request page directly
    27.5:
    • Expected behavior for all tests:
      • Able to print from preview page
      • Save from preview works
      • Able to print saved file using file explorer
      • Able to print from request page directly
     
    I was about to update my production to 28.0 today but with that issue I will be waiting for the next minor update which should hopefully fix this up.
    If anyone can please confirm if they are able to use the print action through the "Preview & Close" page, that would be helpful.

    Hi, I am also encountering the same issue. I have already tried using Incognito mode and different browsers, but the issue still persists. My Chrome is up to date, and I have already enabled pop-ups. Do you have any suggestions on how to resolve this? Thank you.

    I also have occurred the same issue. I think the root cause is lasted windows update.

    I'm also facing the same issue in both 27.5 and 28 versions. Is there any steps you perform to work the function back ?  I don't think it is because of the window or browser version. I have tried with window 10 to 11, the issue still happens.  Any suggestion will be greatly appreciate.
