No "One-click unsubscribe" option available in "Marketing -> Other Switches -> Feature switches"

According to this, I should find an option called /One-click unsubscribe/ in /Marketing -> Other Switches -> Feature switches/
 
I'm 100% sure I'm using the latest release.

I'm in the UK, so this functionality has been released. However, for love nor money can I find this setting to enable it.

Can anyone advise me exactly on where this setting is, please?

    To those following... 

    The options just magically appeared one day...

    So when I check Marketing -> Settings -> Email sending, I now have the "One-click unsubscribe" option appear. I did nothing to make it happen.

    So it "fixed itself" it would appear (good ol MS).

    To those asking, no, I haven't found a resolution to this yet.

    Your screenshots are very helpful

    I'm looking in the [Marketing] App. Whereas your screenshot shows the [Customer Insights - Journeys] (in the toolbar at the top).

    So maybe this setting is only available in the [Customer Insights - Journeys] App? I'll go away and investigate.

    I am using Customer Insights - Journeys trial version.
    The version is the latest.
     
    Under the Email Sending, you can see the One-click unsubscribe option.
